Is Terrelle Pryor the future for the Raiders?
Well, we all know Carson Palmer is the head of the class in Oakland with experience and his ability to be a good pocket passer, but what he is not known for is his scrambling or mobility.
Enter Terrelle Pryor. He is mobile, fast, young and restless. With the new coaching staff it looks like they are thinking of him in the future. For example Gregg Knapp and John De Flippo are known
for working with some top quarterbacks who are mobile; for example Steve Young, Micheal Vick, Donavan McNabb, Brett Favre and even Aaron Rogers.
That say’s it all right there that they are keeping Pryor in mind.
He will be the backup until he decides to take the job for himself. If Palmer keeps tossing picks and making bad decisions then Oakland will definately go to someone who can take off with the ball if his receivers are covered, that would be Pryor.
Pryor wants it and it shows because he is already working out with some of the starters like Mcfadden and Ford which I think is good for his moral and kinship with his offensive weapons.
