Bruce Arians: The leader that the Philadelphia Eagles need

postgame mia pagano 300x214 Bruce Arians: The leader that the Philadelphia Eagles needWhen Chuck Pagano of the Indianapolis Colts was diagnosed with leukemia earlier in the season, Bruce Arians stepped in and not only has led the Colts to the playoffs but also earned himself a shot at being a head coach in 2013.

Now I know you are thinking, with everything that Chuck has gone through there is no way Arians would ever consider leaving? To an extent, he most likely wouldn’t leave the Indianapolis Colts for a head coaching job but, what if the right situation came about? Any assistant coach would leave to become a head coach if the right situation presented itself, and just maybe the right situation for Bruce Arians is back in Pennsylvania, more specifically Philadelphia, PA.

The only way you haven’t seen the type of leader Arians can be is if you been living under a rock for the past month or so. The way he has rallied the Colts in wake of Pagano’s health issues has been simply amazing. I watch the Colts every week and see how the team has come together to fight and play their hearts out for Pagano, all because of one man. Bruce Arians has been strong throughout this whole situation and while many teams will be going after big name coaches or other assistants, Arians should be a dark horse candidate for a Head Coaching job in 2013.

Bruce Arians should be on the radar of the Philadelphia Eagles as the man who has shown that not only can he lead a team through adversity but also is the type of coach that can pull a team together to play their hearts out on the field. Andy Reid never showed any emotion whatsoever despite the fact the Eagles’ season has been horrible. There is nobody in that locker room who can pull the team together through the tough times, they have nobody who can bring out the best in each and every single player on that roster.

It’s time Philadelphia, go get yourself not only a better head coach, but also a better leader in Bruce Arians. A leader that Eagles fans can get behind and believe that he can lead the Eagles to the promise land, a leader who the Eagles fans will not boo or throw snow balls at. Bruce Arians, a man you can believe in, a man of leadership and strength to rally a team from the black hole and get them out into the bright lights.

Look no further than Bruce Arians for the next Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach.
